Abstract
Objective: To identify the pattern of digestive, hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease of Buon Ma Thuot Medical Hospital. Materials and Methods: The cross-sectional study was conducted during the period from April 2022 to August 2022. The study carried out among 15.794 patients in Out - patient Department and Internal Medicine Department about digestive, hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease. Results: The total number of patients is 15.794 patients. Of total, 13.839 (87.62%) are digestive patients, 1805 (11.43%) are hepatobiliary and 150 (0.95%) are pancreatic patients. The most common disease in digestive group is gastritis or GERD. In hepatobiliary group, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis and cholangitis are common and acute pancreatitis is the most common in pancreatic group. Conclusions: Digestive disease is the main group, followed by hepatobiliary and the least one is pancreatic group in pattern of digestive, hepatobiliary and pancreatic disease of Buon Ma Thuot Medical Hospital.| Published | 2023-06-10 | |
