Tóm tắt
Hiện nay, vi khuẩn Nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) gây nên bệnh lý tại phổi và ngoài phổi đang có xu hướng gia tăng trên thế giới. Tuy nhiên chẩn đoán phân biệt giữa bệnh lý hay vi khuẩn thường trú (mang mầm bệnh) thường gặp khó khăn. Bên cạnh đó điều trị bệnh do NTM vẫn là một thách thức, hiện chưa có phác đồ tối ưu cho mỗi loài, đồng thời phác đồ kết hợp nhiều thuốc cần điều chỉnh cụ thể cho từng bệnh nhân. Vì vậy mục đích bài tổng quan này đề cập nội dung về dịch tễ căn nguyên vi sinh gây nhiễm trùng do NTM và cập nhật các khuyến nghị của Hiệp hội Lồng ngực Hoa Kỳ (ATS), Hiệp hội Hô hấp Châu Âu (ERS), Hiệp hội Vi sinh Lâm sàng và các bệnh Truyền nhiễm Châu Âu (ESCMID), Hiệp hội các bệnh Truyền nhiễm Mỹ (IDSA) (2020), cũng như các hướng dẫn mới nhất trong đồng thuận về chẩn đoán, điều trị, và quản lý NTM của Bộ Y tế Việt nam (2024), là những hướng dẫn hữu ích để chẩn đoán và điều trị bệnh phổi do NTM trong thực hành lâm sàng hiện nay tại Việt nam.
